嘉兴市儿童乳牙先天缺失调查分析

Epidemiological survey on congenital missing of deciduous teeth

目的了解嘉兴市儿童乳牙先天缺失的发生情况。方法由口腔医生用口镜在自然光线下进行乳牙先天缺失检查。结果乳牙先天缺失率为2.1%,上颌乳牙先天缺失占6.25%,下颌乳牙先天缺失占93.75%,乳牙先天缺失并继承恒牙先天缺失为71.7%。结论对乳牙先天缺失儿童应密切观察其发生和发展情况,采取措施保护口腔健康。

Objective To clarify the occurrence of the congenital missing of the deciduous teeth in children of Jiaxing. Methods Dentists examined the congenital missing of the deciduous teeth by the plane mouth mirror in natural light. Results The occurrence rate of the congenital missing of the deciduous teeth was 2.1% , （ with maxillary 6.25% , mandibular 93.75% ） ,and the congenital missing of the permanent successors after the deciduous teeth was 71.7%. Conclusion Dentists should pay attention to the congenital missing of the deciduous teeth which occurred and developed in children and improve their the oral health.
