摘要 针对热锯机锯片在锯切加工过程中出现的振动问题,利用有限元软件ANSYS对不同夹盘大小的锯片进行了模态分析,得到了各自低阶固有振动频率及主振型图并进行对比。结果表明:前12阶扩展模态分布具有一定的规律性,在初始3阶模态状态时频率波动较小,从第4阶模态以后分布波动较大;适当增大夹盘直径,可以使锯片各阶固有频率都有所增加,从而整体上加大了锯片的刚度,有利于减少锯片轴向偏摆量,进而减小锯槽宽度,节省材料。 To solve the vibration problem of the saw blade of the hot sawmill arising in the machining process, the modal analysis of the saw blade in the clamps of different sizes is carried our with the help of FEM analysis software ANSYS so as to obtain the intrinsic frequencies and vibration modes for comparison. The result indicates that there is certain regularity in the distribution of the first 12 expanded mode stages. The frequencies fluctuate slightly in the first 3 mode stages and there is a greater fluctuation from the 4th mode stage. If the clamp diameter is increased appropriately, the intrinsic frequencies at all the stages will increase, thus improving the stiffness of the saw blade on the whole and reducing the axial runout. As a result, the saw slot width is decreased so as to save more material.
