摘要 目的观察Neu-P11(一种新型的褪黑素受体激动剂),对高糖高脂喂养的SD大鼠体重及脂肪的影响。方法高糖高脂喂养SD大鼠5个月,建立肥胖动物模型。分组给予腹腔注射生理盐水、褪黑素(4mg/kg)、Neu-P11(10mg/kg),每周监测体重和食物摄入量。实验末处死动物,分离腹部脂肪组织并称重。结果与生理盐水组比较,Neu-P11或褪黑素处理组肥胖大鼠体重的增长明显受到抑制,腹部脂肪减少,各组相对摄食(每100g体重摄食量)无明显差异。结论Neu-P11能降低高糖高脂喂养大鼠的体重增长和脂肪沉积。 Purpose To investigate the effect of Neu-P11, a novel melatonin agonist, on the weight and fat distribution in the high-fat/high-sucrose diet (HFSD) induced obesity model of rats. Methods Obesity models of rats were constructed by feeding high-fat/high-sucrose diet for 5 months, and then they received an intraperitoneal injection at 18:00 every day,of saline, melatonin and Neu-Pll respectively. Weight was closely paid attention every week. Results Rats were sacrificed at the end of 8th week and retroperitoneal fat was dissected and weighed. Results Neu-Pll or melatonin decreased the body weight by 15.9% or 10.2% respectively compared with the HFSD group, and the deposit of abdominal fat also decreased by more than 50 %. However, there was no significant difference in the relative food consumption (g/kg· bw). Conclusion Neu-Pll and melatonin inhibit the body weight gain and abdominal fat deposit in the high-fat/high-sugar-fed rats.
