微波萃取法提取复方硫酸软骨素片中硫酸软骨素C的研究

Study on extracting chondroitin sulfate C in compound chondroitin sulfate tablets by microwave extraction

目的从复方硫酸软骨素片中提取硫酸软骨素C(Chs-C)。方法采用微波萃取法提取复方硫酸软骨素片中的Chs-C,以Chs-C的提取率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验,确定微波萃取最佳条件。结果微波萃取最佳条件为:萃取功率为595W,浸提时间90s,固液比为1∶75。在此条件下,提取率可达4.1%。结论对照传统乙醇沉淀法,微波法具有省时,操作简单,提高效率等优势。

Purpose To extract chondroitin sulfate （Chs） from compound chondroitin sulfate tablets. Methods Microwave extraction method was used to extract Chs-C in compound chondroitin sulfate tablets, taking the Chs-C extraction rate as the invesligation target. The orthogonal test was carried based on single factor experiments, and the extraction optimum condition was definited. Results The optimal extraction conditions were ： microwave power 595 W, extracting time 90 s and the ratio of solid and liquid 1 ： 75. Under this condition the extraction rate of chondroitin sulfate C was 4.1%. Conclusion Compared with ethanol precipitation, the methed has the following advantages such as short time for extraction, easy operation, and so on.
