泮托拉唑钠在果糖氯化钠注射液中的稳定性 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察注射用泮托拉唑钠与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍稳定性。方法用HPLC法考察配伍前后泮托拉唑钠的含量变化,并观察配伍液的外观及pH变化。结果注射用泮托拉唑钠与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍后4h内含量、pH及溶液外观均无明显变化。结论注射用泮托钠与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍后在4h内稳定。 Purpose To investigate the stability of pantoprazole sodium in fructose and sodium chloride injection. Methods The variance of pantoprazole sodium content in fructose and sodium chloride injection was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Meanwhile, the color and pH value change of compatible solution was observed. Results No obvious variations were found in the content, the color and the pH value of pantoprazole sodium in fructose and sodium chloride solutions within 4 hours. Conclusion Pantoprazole sodium is very stable in fructose and sodium chloride solution within 4 hours and can be used in clinical practice.
