摘要
为控制转子系统的振动,在油膜力模型中引入一项位移反馈。根据分岔图和Poincare映射,分析了受控系统在不同参数(无量纲偏心和一个反映多种影响因素的综合参数)下的非线性动力学行为,研究了系统的运动规律。结果表明,以较小的(小于1)反馈增益,就能将系统的复杂运动转化为简单的周期运动,且由于所用的方法是单输入的,因此在试验中便于操作。
In order to control the vibration,a term of displacement feedback was introduced to the bearing-rotor system with oil film force. The nonlinear dynamics behaviors of the controlled system with different groups of parameters (dimensionaless eccentricity and a comprehensive parameter,which mirrors many factors such as rotor weight,viscosity of lubricating oil and freegap in the bearing) were analyzed by the help of bifurcation diagram and poincare mapping. The results show,with a small feedback-gain (less than 1),that the complicated motion can be converted into a simple periodic motion. And the method given in this paper is easy to be applied to experiments,for only one variable is to be controlled.
