GSS内固定系统联合自体切除椎板及棘突椎间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症

目的观察GSS(General Spine System)联合自体切除椎板及棘突椎间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法对42例腰椎滑脱症患者施行GSS联合自体切除椎板及棘突椎间植骨手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访6月～2年,临床优良率达92.8%,术后6～12个月摄片示40例获得骨性融合,融合率达到95.2%,无固定螺钉松动及再滑脱现象。结论应用GSS脊柱内固定系统和自体切除椎板及棘突椎间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症是一种操作简单、复位满意、固定力强、植骨融合率高的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with general spine system （GSS） and intervertebral bone graft with autogenous bone of lamina and spinous process. Methods To analyze the data of 42 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with general spine system （GSS） and intervertebral bone graft with autogenous bone of lamina and spinous process retrospectively. Results The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 2 years ,the clinical excellnt rate was 92.8%, The intervertebra/bony fusion was observed in 40 patients in X-ray between 6 and 12 months after operation,the rate of bony fusion was 95.2%, no fixation failure and recument slip was found after operation.Conclusion It is an effective way to treat the lumbar Slxmdylolisthesis with GSS system and intervertebral bone graft with autogenous bone of lamina and spinous.process, which is easy to operate and can supply satisfactory reduction, strong fixed strength and high fusion rate.
