Syndecan-1在胆囊癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨Syndecan-1蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测45例胆囊癌石蜡标本和26例胆囊炎石蜡标本中Syndecan-1蛋白的表达。结果Syndecan-1在胆囊癌组织中的表达较胆囊炎组织明显降低(P<0.05);Syndecan-1的表达与胆囊癌病理分级及肿瘤转移有显著相关性(P<0.05);但与患者年龄、有无伴发结石差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Syndecan-1的异常表达可能与胆囊癌的发生、发展有关,检测Syndecan-1可评估胆囊癌预后。

Objective To study the expression of Syndecan-1 protein in carcinoma of gallbladder and its relationship with clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression of Syndecan-1 protein in 45 cases of carcinoma of gallbladder, 26 cases of cholecystitis tissues. Results The rate of positive expression of Syndecan-1 in carcinoma of gallbladder tissues was significantly lowerer than that in the cholecystitis tissues （P〈0.05）. The expression of Syndecan-1 had significantly relationship with the transfer, histologic differentiation of gallbladder （p〈0.05）. But had riot relationship with age and gallstone （P〉0.05）. Conclusion There may be relationship between the abnormal expression of Syndecan-1 with the occurrence, progression of carcinoma of gallbladder. Detection of Syndecan- 1 may helps to predict the prognosis of carcinoma of gallbladder patients.
