电针内关、神门穴对冠心病冠脉旁路移植术后心功能的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture on Neiguan and Shenmen Points on heart function after coronary artery bypass grafting in coronary heart disease

目的观察电针内关、神门穴对冠心病冠脉旁路移植术后心功能的影响。方法将62例冠心病冠脉旁路移植术后患者随机分为2组,试验组患者于术后返回ICU 1 h后开始电针双侧内关及神门,每12 h针刺1次,留针20 min,针刺治疗至术后48 h;对照组予单纯药物治疗。结果术后2组每搏量、心排血量、心排指数、射血分数均呈上升趋势,但试验组上升更明显,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。试验组治疗后与治疗前相比,中心静脉压、肺动脉压、肺毛细血管楔压均明显下降,与对照组治疗后相比也显著降低。结论电针内关、神门穴能有效提高冠心病冠脉旁路移植术后患者的心排血量,改善心功能。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Electroacupuncture on Neiguan and Shenmen Points on the heart function after coronary artery bypass grafting in coronary heart disease. Methods 62 patients with coronary heart disease who suffered from coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group was given elec-troacupuncture on Neiguan and Shenmen Points in both sides in 1 h after returned ICU, one times every 12 h, the needle retaining time was 20 min. and the treatment was stopped until 48 h after operation. Then control group was treated with only drugs. Results SV, CO, CI, EF all increased in both groups after operation, but the increase in experiment group was more obvious. Compared with control group, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Compared with that before treatment, CVP, PAP and PAWP in experiment after treatment all obviously decreased in experiment group, they were also lower than that in control group after treatment. Conclusion Electroacupuncture on Neiguan and Shenmen Points can effectively increase cardiac output and improve heart function after coronary artery bypass grafting.
