面向高层决策支持决策全过程的应用系统集成

A Method of Application Systems Integration in Support of the High- level Management Decision and in Support of the Whole Pro- cess of Decision- making

在实际开发工作中 ,DSS常常只对决策制定过程中的抉择阶段提供支持 ,很少涉及到决策制定过程中的另外两个不可分割的阶段 :情报收集阶段和方案设计阶段 ,并且提供的支持大多数属于定量分析 ,很少有定性分析 .本文分析了 ES与 DSS、EIS和 ESS可能的集成方式 ,并认为不同类型的应用系统能对决策制定过程的不同阶段提供不同的支持 .这些应用系统不但可以独立地为企业管理和决策活动服务 ,而且它们之间在数据处理上存在着一定的逻辑关系 ,这种逻辑关系为企业中信息系统的集成奠定了基础 .在此基础上 ,论文对应用系统进行重新分类 。

In the actual development of Information Systems,DSS can only support the selection stage,notthe other two stages which areinseparablefrom thewholedecision- making process,i.e.,the intelligence collection stage and the solution design stage.In this paper,the possible methods in which EScan be integrated with DSS,EISand ESSare analyzed.In view ofthatdifferenttypes of application systems can afford different supports for three stages of decision- making process,and that there are some logical relations of data process among those systems,the application systems are reclassified, and the application systems integration framework in support of the high- level management decision and in support of the whole decision- making process is proposed.
