Flexible Strategy-Frontier of Strategy Management in 21st Centry

在分析８０年代以来主要企业战略管理观点基础上，企业战略应关注如何适应变化、利用变化、制造变化来建立竞争优势．文中提出柔性战略的概念，并指出柔性战略与已有战略在含义。

On the basis of analyzing the recent main views of the strategic management,the authors argure that corporation's strategic management should pay more attention on how the enterprise suiting,utilizing and making the change in the environment.The concept of Flexible Strategy is established,and the difference in implication,nature and adapting field between Flexible Strategy and general strategy is also analyzed in this article.
