立足宜黄县县情,论述了生态县建设总体规划的指导思想与原则,在分析其基本情况及可持续发展因素的基础上,根据生态县建设的要求确定合理的建设目标和6个支柱产业,并最终提出相关对策,充分发挥宜黄县生态环境优势,实现社会经济全面发展与生态资源的永续利用。

This paper analyses the guiding ideas and principles of collectivities＇programming for the construction of eco-county according to its own situation, confirms the rational construction goal and 6 pillar industries as to the require of construction of eco-county, and puts forward some relative countermeasures based on the analysis of basic situation and factors of sustainable development, fully excavating the superiorities of the Yihuang county＇s ecological environment to achieve a entirely development of social economic and the sustainable use of biological resources.
