摘要
龙滩水电站进水口坝段常态混凝土施工主要采用缆机、塔机入仓浇筑,为满足施工工期要求,同时采用溜管、胎带机、反铲等辅助入仓手段以提高混凝土入仓强度,为尽量避免混凝土在运输过程中造成温升,通过在混凝土生产、运输、浇筑和通水冷却等过程中合理控制混凝土温度,并细化各环节温度控制措施,使坝体混凝土温度得以良好控制。
At intake dam section of Longtan Hydropower Station normal concrete is placed mainly by cable crane and tower crane, with spout, tyre-belt conveyer and backhoe as auxiliary means to accelerate the process so as to complete the placement on schedule. Concrete temperature is well controlled by detailing temperature control measures through out the process of concrete production, transportation, placement and cooling with water.
