摘要
为提高三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)浸渍树脂的储存稳定性和柔韧性,联合二甘醇和己内酰胺,对MF树脂进行改性。分析甲醛与三聚氰胺的量比,水、二甘醇和己内酰胺的加量等因素,对改性树脂性能的影响。结果表明,二甘醇和己内酰胺联合改性的方法,可同时提高MF树脂的储存稳定性和柔韧性;并提出最优化工艺参数。
Melamine formaldehyde (MF) resin is a commonly-used resin to impregnate decorative paper which is laminated to the surfaces of wood-based panels. To improve the stability, shelf life, and flexibility of melamine formaldehyde (MF) resin, the authors selected diglycol and caprolactam to modify common melamine formaldehyde resin. The effect of four selected resin formula parameters (molar ratio of formaldehyde to melamine, water content, diglycol, and caprolactam content) on the properties of the modified MF resin was investigated. Properties including ambient and low temperature shelf lives, burst strength, surface bond strength and abrasion resistance were evaluated. The results showed that the modification with diglycol and caprolactam is an effective way to improve stability and flexibility of MF resin. Optimal ranges of parameters were also presented in this paper.
