摘要
根据力学理论对目前常见的3种异型木塑地板截面结构进行分析,并结合实际规格尺寸进行相关验算,推导出3种异型木塑地板截面形状惯性矩的计算模型。结果表明:利用计算模型计算的相对误差较小,可在实际中应用。同时分析了3种异型截面结构的木塑地板的优缺点,指出需结合具体的实际情况选择使用。
Wood-plastic flooring is increasing its share in the flooring market due to its excellent performance in water resistance. Hatch, hollow, and solid structural profiles are the most commonly-used wood-plastic flooring profiles. Based on the specifications of their actual sizes, the moments of inertia for different flooring profiles were estimated using a model. Compared with the actual caiculated results, it was found that the differences between the actual calculated and their corresponding estimated moments of inertia were negligible.
