联合手术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床观察

Clinic observation of combined surgery in the treatment of cataract concurred with glaucoma

目的观察联合手术治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效。方法72例(78只眼)白内障继发青光眼患者施行了小切口囊外白内障摘除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术,观察术后视力,眼压,滤过以及术后并发症的情况。结果在78只眼中,术后三月视力提高61只眼,不变17只眼,有效率78.20%;术后六月视力提高65只眼,不变13只眼,有效率83.33%,术后六月眼压控制率为97.43%,术后63只眼形成扁平滤过泡,手术后并发症有:角膜水肿、前房无菌性炎症、前房出血等,经治疗后缓解。结论联合手术是一种有效而安全的手术方式。

Objective To observe the effect of combined surgery in the treatment of cataract concurred with glaucoma. Methods Trabeculectomy combined with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 72cases （78 eyes） who suffered from cataract concurred with glaucoma. Postoperative vision , intraocular pressure ,filtration and complication were observed. Results Among the total 78 eyes, the vision improved in 61 eyes, unchanged in 17 eyes three months after surgery. The effective proportion is 78.20% in vision improvement three months after surgery and 97.43% in control of intraocular pressure six months after surgery. 63 eyes have ideal filtration after surgery, The complications after suegery consist of corneal edema, aseptic inflammation in anterior chamber and hyphema, et. Conclusion Combined surgery is an effective and safe way to deal with cataract concurred with glaucoma.
