超声截囊仪在成熟期白内障连续环形撕囊的临床应用

Ultrasound capsulotomy instrument for continuous circular capsulorhexis in maturation period cataract surgery

目的探讨超声截囊仪在成熟期白内障手术中的使用方法和临床效果。方法老年性白内障60例(60只眼)分别采用超声截囊仪和手工进行连续环形撕囊术,处理过程进行比较。结果连续环形撕囊的成功率分别为96.67%和70.00%,χ2=5.88,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术中出现后囊膜破裂率分别为3.33%和16.67%,χ2=1.67,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。囊袋内人工晶状体植入率分别为96.67%和73.33%,χ2=4.71,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声截囊仪在成熟期白内障前囊膜切开中操作相对容易掌握,而且快速、安全。

Objective To study the technique and clinical effects of ultrasound capsulotomy instrument in maturation period cataract surgery. Methods Sixty patients of senile cataract surgery underwent continuous circular capsulorhexis with ultrasound capsulotomy instrument and hand-made methods, and the surgery process was compared. Results The achievement ratio with ultrasound capsulotomy instrument and hand-made methods was 96.67 % and 70.00 % ,χ^2 = 5.88, they have difference in statistic （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rupture ratio of posterior capsul in surgery was 3.33 % and 16.67%, χ^2 = 1.67 ,they have not difference in statistic （ P 〉0.05）. Intraocular Lenses implantation ratio in cystous sac was 96.67 % and 73.33 %, χ^2= 4.71, they have difference in statistic （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The capsulorhexis with ultrasound capsulotomy instrument is relatively easily, quickly and save control led in maturation period cataract surgery.
