The surgery treatment for retinal detachment of the IOL eyes

目的探讨白内障术后视网膜脱离的手术治疗。方法我院眼科自2003年1月至2008年12月共收治26例(26只眼)白内障术后视网膜脱离患者,常规检查其裂孔部位、后囊膜,以及眼底玻璃体视网膜增生情况。根据增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)分级以及裂孔部位,是否找到裂孔以及裂孔部位决定手术方式。结果总手术成功率100%。1次手术复位18只眼,2次8只眼,外路手术16只眼,1次成功复位12只眼,其余4只眼经2次内路手术成功复位。内路手术10只眼,1次成功6只眼,2次4只眼。结论白内障术后视网膜脱离手术方式的选择应根据裂孔位置以及PVR情况而定。

Objective To investigate the dangerous factors for the retina/detachment after the cataract surgery , the position of the retina/holes and the choosing the surgery manners for this kind of retinal detachment. Methods 26 eases of retina/detachment after cataract surgery and regular checking the hole, the if the PCO is present , and the conditions of the vitroretina. Results The sum of surgery rates is 100% including 18 cases one time, 8 for twice. Conelusion The reasons for the retina/detachment after cataract surgery are multifactors , and the surgery manners are determined by the position of the hole and the conditions of the fundus, and it is important for our doctors to explain the cases in detail.
