摘要
目的观察硅胶管置入下泪小管断裂吻合术的临床效果。方法46例(46只眼)下泪小管断裂患者,在手术显显微镜下用直接寻找法寻找下泪小管断端,置入硅胶管吻合泪小管断端,导管的外端固定于内眦窝。结果46例均吻合成功,随访3个月至2年。结论硅胶管置入下泪小管断裂吻合术疗效良好,值得应用。
Objective To observe clinical effects in repair of lacrimal canal laceration. Methods The lacrimal canal laceration were treated under operation microscope. Laceration were found with direct method, supported with silicage tube. The external of the tube was fixed in cavity of inner canthus. Results All canaliculi breakage can be seen and trea- ted under the microscope. After a follow-up visit 3 minth-2years. The effectives rate was 97.8%. Conclusion Under operative microscope, anastomosis of lacrimal canal laceration by silicone intubation is good effect.
