摘要 细胞内多基因表达异常是恶性肿瘤发生发展的基础,相关研究越来越多地集中在关键基因的探索.近年来发现的Numb蛋白在肿瘤形成、浸润与转移中的作用受到越来越多的关注。作为一种重要的发育分子.Numb是不对称分裂决定因子,参与神经前体细胞定向分化过程,并在非对称性分裂中对细胞分裂起关键调节作用。目前证实,Numb能调节细胞对分化信号的识别能力,在调控细胞生长分化、组织更新及稳定细胞内环境中发挥重要作用。目前在许多肿瘤细胞中发现Numb基因表达异常.表明Numb在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用。本文就Numb的结构特性.及其与肿瘤发生可能有关的机制等方面研究作一综述。
