摘要
基于宝钢五冷轧区域能源数据采集点多、分布面广的特点设计了信息化能源监控及管理系统,实时监测各工序能源介质的消耗量,为优化工艺、改进操作法和降低能源成本提供依据。
This paper introduces an information-based energy monitoring and management system which is based on the large amount and extensive distribution of the energy data acquisition points in the fifth cold-rolling region of the Baosteel. Real time monitoring of the energy consumption at each point provides the basis for process optimization and cost reduction.
