摘要
苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯具有广泛的应用领域。文章研究了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂的制备,并研究了该树脂对铜离子的吸附性能。研究表明:实验采用悬浮聚合法合成了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂;当甲基丙烯酸甲酯与苯乙烯质量之比为15︰4.1时,制得的树脂最理想。苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂的最优合成条件是酯化温度为88℃,引发剂过氧化苯甲酰为单体总质量的0.5%,分散剂用量为水重的0.6%,表面活性剂用量为0.00088g,搅拌速率为250r/min,此时树脂质量收率达到最大,为89.8%。
The resin of styrene-methyl methacrylate was a resin of widespread application domain. The paper changed a various of experimental conditions, emphasized to study the synthesis of the resin of styrene-methyl methacrylate, and then studied its adsorption performance to the cupric ion. According to the experiment, the resin of styrene-methyl methacrylate in way of the suspension polymerization was made ;only when the quality of ratio was 15 : 4.1, The reaction of methyl metha crylate and styrene reached its optimum ; The most superior synthesis conditions of the resin of styrene-methyl methacrylate were reaction temperature of 88℃, the amount of benzoyl peroxide used as catalyst about 0.5 % of styrene and methyl methacrylate in quality, the amount of dispersant about 0.6 % of water in quality, the amount of surfactant about 0.0088 g, and the mixing rate of 250 r/min. In these conditions, the largest yield rate of the production was 89.8 %.
