摘要
以松脂为原料,Raney-Ni为催化剂,高温高压下催化加氢制备氢化松香,以产品中二氢枞酸及四氢枞酸含量的总和为指标,设计了四因素四水平的正交实验,得到了反应的较优工艺条件:催化剂用量占松脂液的6%、反应温度为200℃、反应时间100min、反应压力为9MPa。
Pine gum was hydrogenated on Raney-Ni catalyst at the condition of high pressure and high temperature to produce hydrogenated rosin. abietenoic acid content and abietanoic acid contcnt was set as target in the orthogonal experiment. It showed that the optimal process condition was 6 content, 200 ℃, 100 min and 9 MPa.
