摘要
固态发酵可将农作物废弃物处理和转化为有价值的产品,具有产品产量高、下游处理过程简单和"三废"排放量少等优点;文章综述了农业废弃物固态发酵中的特点,描述了在固态发酵中不同生物反应器的优点和缺点,重点对托盘式、鼓式和填充床式反应器的特点及其放大设计中的问题进行了探讨,并对固态发酵反应器的发展前景进行了展望。
Agriculture waste caould be handled and transformed into valuable products by the solid state fermentation (SSF), SSF has the merits of high yields, simple downstream processing, and small "three waste" emitting. SSF characters of the agriculture wastes were summarized, the advantages and defects of different SSF bioreactors were described. Characters of the tray reactor, the drum reactor and the packed reactor were considered, the designing and scale-up problems were mainly discussed, and the future development of SSF was prospected in the paper.
