摘要
因具有优异综合性能、生产环保和价格低廉,用天然橡胶乳胶制备的导尿管、输血胶管、医用手套、避孕套及其它医用制品在国内外获得广泛应用,但胶乳制品中蛋白质残留及过敏问题一直未能解决。文章综述消除蛋白质影响的各种方法,包括酶分解法、多次离心法、表面活性剂置换法等对胶乳的处理方法,以及对获得的制品进行处理的包括溶剂溶解法、气相法白炭黑和蛋白质变性处理等,并对进行消除乳胶制品中蛋白质过敏影响研究提出新的建议。
Because of its excellent performance, low cost and low impact on environment, the medical products prepared by natural rubber latex including catheter, blood transfusion tube, medical gloves, condoms and others were widely used at home and abroad, but the residual protein and its allergy had not been solved. In the paper, the elimination methods of the allergy proteins, including enzyme decomposition, centrifugation, surfactant replacement, as well as the treatment to latex products, including solvents dissolved, fumed silica treatment and protein denaturation were reviewed. The new proposals for the elimination of latex protein allergy were carry out.
