摘要
为实现节水减排的目的,中石化茂名乙烯将二级生化处理的达标污水进行适度处理后,用于循环水补充水或其他用途,进一步提高水的重复利用率。污水回用核心技术采用内循环BAF工艺和高效纤维过滤器工艺,处理出水的COD、氨氮、石油类和悬浮物浓度等主要指标可分别小于50、5.0、2.0和10mg/L,浊度小于5.0NTU,符合乙烯化工循环水补充水的要求。
For the realization of water conservation and wastewater reduction, SINOPEC Maoming Ethylene Factory made proper disposal on the qualified wastewater, then used it as the supplemental water for recycle water or the others, so as to facilitate the recycling rate. The key technologies used in the wastewater reusing were internal circulation BAF and high-efficient fiber filter, by which the main indexes, such as COD, ammonia nitrogen and densities for petroleum-like material and suspended solids, were respectively 50, 5.0, 2.0 and I0 mg/L and the turbidity was less than 5.0 NTU, which met the requirements on the supplemental water for ethylene chemical recycle cooling water.
