芦丁片中芦丁含量测定方法的探索

Exploration on the Method of Determination of Contents of Rutin in Rutin Tablets

采用微分示波电位滴定法,用KBrO3直接滴定法测定芦丁片中芦丁的含量。结果表明:该法与分光光度法测定结果无显著性差异,但是该法精密度优于分光光度法,且具有仪器简单、操作方便、终点直观、快速准确等优点,同时可大大降低分析成本、减少溶剂用量、改善分析工作条件,是一种迅速、简单、准确的芦丁含量的测定方法。

Using the derivative oscillographic potentiometer titration, the content of rutin in rutin tablets was determined by direct titration with KBrO3. The result showed that： there was no significant difference between this method and spectrophotometry in the determination result, but this method was better than the spectrophotometry in the precision, and it has many advantages, such as simple apparatus ,convenient operation, visual end point, fast and accurate, and it could greatly decrease the analyzing cost, reduce the amount of solvent, improve conditions of the analysis work.It was a shortcut, simple, accurately method of determination of contents of rutin
