摘要
NCED3及AAO3系ABA信号积累的关键基因,其转录调控研究是细胞ABA信号精细调节及植物抗逆分子机制阐明的关键.通过NCED3及AAO3启动子结构与功能的分析,建立了NCED3及AAO3启动子驱动CHS基因表达受干旱诱导致烟草花色变化的体系.
