国际金融危机对我国社会经济和涉外金融法律关系的挑战

Challenges Presented by the International Financial Crisis to the Social and Economic Legal Relationships as Well as the Foreign-related Financial Legal Relationships

国际金融危机是引起我国社会经济法律关系变化的重要法律事件,这种重要的法律事件使我国的行政经济法律关系和法学,尤其是金融法律关系和法学产生了很大的变化,在法学理念上增强三种观念和意识(强化风险观念、树立信用观念、增强储蓄存款保险意识),在金融法律体系上需要进行修订、补充和完善。

The central idea of this paper is that the international financial crisis is an important legal event which leads to the change in the social and economic legal relationships of China, that this kind of event brings about big changes to the administrative and economic legal relationships as well as the discipline of law, especially the financial legal relationships and the discipline of law, that we need to improve three kinds of awareness in terms of the idea of law （risk awareness, credit awareness and savings insurance awareness） and that we need to amend supplement and improve the financial legal system.
