摘要 以乙酸和环己醇为原料,用维生素C为催化剂合成乙酸环己酯,探讨了酸醇摩尔比,催化剂用量,反应时间,带水剂用量对酯化率的影响.经正交实验得出合成最佳条件为:酸醇物质的量比1∶1.4,其中乙酸为0.1 mol,催化剂用量0.4 g(即反应液质量的1.5%),带水剂用量为3mL(反应物质量的10%左右)、回流时间为3 h,产率可达81.72%. The cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized using acetic and cyclohexahol as reactions and Vitamin C as catalyst. The effects of ester with the different molar ratio of acetic acid to cyclohexanol, amount of catalyst, reaction time, amount of azeotrope agent on esterification rate were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows:The molar ratio of acetic acid to cyclohexanol was 1: 1.4, the amount of the catalyst was 0.4 g,the amount of cyclohexane was 3 mL, and the reaction time was 3 h. The yield of cyclothexyl acetate was 81.72%.
