高等学校教育教学研究成果转化模式的研究与实践

摘要 国内各高等院校在开展教育教学改革中,都存在着教学研究成果促进教学改革实践和促进教学质量提高的效果不显著,有些研究成果在获奖之后,很难产生与研究成果齐名的改革实践成果等问题。这些问题的存在不利于高校教育教学研究工作的可持续发展,也不利于教育教学研究工作提升水平和地位。应针对高校教学研究工作重教学研究成果产出、轻成果转化的问题,探索出一套将教学研究成果有效地转化为教师教学改革行为的成果转化模式,形成成果转化的工作流程及工作指南。 At present, it is obvious that various institutions of higher education are confronted with following problems in carrying out the reform of education and teaching, for instance few remarkable effects are obtained in promoting the teaching effectiveness and the quality by applying teaching achievements, namely, it is difficult to produce the reform and practice achievements along with its research achievements for some after being awarded. These problems are not conducive to the sustainable development of teaching and researching in higher education, or to the enhancement of teaching and researching. This paper intends to figure out a set of transformation models of converting the results of teaching and researching researching into the achievements of reforming with the illustration of the problem that the teaching and work in higher education has paid more attention to the output of the achievements, while neglecting the transformation of it. And this has been put into practice and exploration in Beijing Union University, so that the work processes and guidelines of achievement transformation have been established to provide the operational norms for organic integration of research and practice in curriculum reform to congeneric institutions.
