摘要
草铵膦是一种广谱、低毒、非选择性的除草剂,也是全球第二大转基因作物耐受除草剂,应用前景十分广阔。草铵膦具有两种对映异构体,但只有L-构型具有除草活性。全面综述了已报道的生物法制备单一手性对映体L-草铵膦的生产工艺,从起始原料和所用酶系2个方面进行分类。通过比较各生物法工艺的优缺点,探讨了生物法工业化生产L-草铵膦的可行性,并对其进一步的发展方向提出了展望。
L-phosphinothricin is the active ingredient of the broad-spectrum, low toxic and nonselective herbicide glufosinate-ammonium, and also the second largest transgene crop resistant herbicide worldwide. Phosphinothricin consists of two isomers, but only the L-enantiomer has herbicidal activity. Biotechnological methods for preparation of optical pure L-phosphinothricin were reviewed in this article from the view of substrates and enzymes involved. Feasibility and development direction of industrial production of L-phosphinothricin by biotechnological methods was discussed on the basis of comparison of their advantages and disadvantages.
