正交试验法在10%茚虫威悬浮剂表面活性剂选择中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用流点法初步选定茚虫威悬浮剂的适宜表面活性剂组份,在此基础上利用正交试验方法以相对粘度、分散性、悬浮率、稳定性等指标对10%茚虫威悬浮剂体系中的各表面活性剂组成及其配比进行了筛选和优化,确定了悬浮体系中最佳表面活性剂组分及其含量为D–4253%、农乳16021%、助乳化剂NS–500LQ1%以及黄原胶0.1%,说明正交试验能够节省实验时间和降低实验消耗,是制备农药制剂的一个理想方法。 Reasonable surfactants of formulation indoxacarb 10% suspension concentrate (SC) was screened by flow point test. The experiment was conducted by orthogonal design in order to obtain optimal ratio of the different adjuvants in the indoxacarb suspension system based on relatively viscosity, dispensability, suspension rate and storage stability. The optimal ratio of D-425, 1602, NS-500 LQ and XG was considered to be 3%, 1%, 1% and 0.1% in indoxacarb 10% suspension concentrate, respectively, indicating that the orthogonal design could reduce the experimental time and cost, and it was an ideal method to prepare pesticide formulation.
