洋酒以其神秘的异域文化、时尚与健康的消费理念打开了中国市场,并且销量呈逐年上升势头。洋酒的冲击,表面上带来的是对中国传统白酒市场的影响,最让人担忧的是其对消费者消费观念的影响,其中尤以年轻群体为主,而他们正是中国传统白酒的未来消费者。面对这一情况,中国传统白酒必须对未来消费者进行培养,打造适合其当前消费的产品。但是新产品不是完全抛弃浓香型白酒的口感特色,而是传统口感基础上的一种创新,是对中国传统白酒文化的一种支撑和宣传。
Exotic wine has opened up the Chinese market with its culture, fashion and health. And the sales are increasing year by year. Beside of the impact to the Chinese liquor market, the influence to the attitude of the consumers, especially to the young adults, who are the potential consumers of the Chinese liquor, is most anxious. Under such situation, proper products should be developed and potential consumers should be cultured. However, the new product, which inherits and innovates from the traditional taste of Luzhou flavor liquor, doesn't completely abandon the characteristics of Luzhou flavor. It supports and advocates the traditional culture of Chinese liquor.
