摘要
郎酒是中国名优白酒,除有酱香型郎酒,近期又有浓香型和兼香型。在郎酒的各种香型中呈香呈味物质形成什么样的微观形态?本文利用扫描探针显微镜,做出了不同香型郎酒的AFM扫描图,观察到了郎酒成品酒的微观形态。
Micro-morphology of Lang -jiu flavor liquor was studied through the flavor and trace elements. In this article, particle shape of AFM in Lang -jiu flavor liquor was scanned by SFM. Formation of small particles by flavor components was discussed.
