摘要
螺旋藻高密度培养最重要的条件是光照、温度、培养液pH值、营养元素的合理供给、流动、排氧等,通过控制这些指标即可控制产量。绝大多数螺旋藻需较高的碱性培养环境,适应范围pH8.5~pH11,温度28℃~35℃;大面积培养的光照强度10000lx~30000lx;合理的营养、适宜浓度的溶氧及植物生长调节剂均可促进螺旋藻生长。
Light, temperature, pH value of culture medium, proper supply of nutrient elements, liquid circulation velocity and deaerate are the most important conditions to control production in high density culture of spirulina. Most of spirulina species llve in high basic environment and adapt to pH value from 8.5 to 11, temperature from 20 to 30℃ and in large area culture light intensity 10000 to 30000 lx. Reasonable nutrients, suitable concentration of dissolved oxygen and appropilate plant growth regulator are all able to achieve the goal of hastening spirulina growth.
