摘要
本文主要介绍从鸡蛋清中提取溶菌酶的原理、工艺流程、操作步骤及提取过程中的应注意的问题。其中以食盐直接盐析提取法和离子交换树脂提取法为例来阐述简单从鸡蛋清中提取溶菌酶的操作步骤,同时还分析了讨论操作过程中的注意事项,也对者两种提取方法作了比较。
This paper mainly introduces the principle of extracting lysozyme from egg white, its process flow, operation steps and matters that should be paid attention to during its extraction process. The paper discusses about the operation steps of extracting lysozyme from egg white by using salting-out and ion-exchange method. Moreover, it also analyzes matters that need attention. In its process and compares these two methods.
