使用激光产品安全的管理机制与培训平台

摘要 激光设备具有诸多的优良特性,使它已成为高校物理类实验室必备的实验设备。但使用激光产品(下称激光)具有光、电、化学、辐射、火灾等危害,所以完备的激光使用安全规章和防范措施非常必要。该文介绍了深圳大学的“激光使用安全培训”管理模式和安全培训平台,它坚持“激光安全培训合格后方可实验”的原则,通过激光安全教程教学、课程在线学习和激光使用安全知识测试3个层面,加强师生的激光安全意识、学习安全知识,并提供保护性服务。 The laser has been a kind of essential laboratory equipment in the physical laboratories of universities because of their good features. However,the laser also has serious hazards in essence, such as beam, electrical, chemical, radiation and fire hazards, so complete safety regulations and protection measures are necessary for laser operations. A safety management mechanism and training platform in Shenzhen University are introduced. It insists on the principle of "The operators shall be specifically authorized to operate the laser equipment. " In addition, three layers of safety programs were also carried out, including the laser safety tutorial, the online self-learning laser safety training course and laser safety assessment. It's useful for improving the safe consciousness of students and teachers, and ensuring the safety of laser operations.
