摘要
工程训练在创新型人才培养过程中的重要性,已引起越来越多的重视,但它不是以往金工实习、生产实习、课程设计、毕业设计等实践性教学环节的简单强化,它具有新的内容和由此组成的课程体系。北京航空航天大学工程训练中心经过多年的努力和探索,初步建立了适应创新型人才培养的“基础工程训练”课程体系,该文重点介绍了此课程体系的重要组成部分一综合创新训练课程的内容、课程组织及课程的特点。
Engineering training in fostering the innovation talent has been taken more and more attention. It is not only to simply intensify some practicing project, for example, metalworking practice, production practice, course design and graduation design, but also to contain new projects and course framework based on them. Engineering Training Center of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics has founded a new course framework preliminarily, called "Base Engineering Training," after a lot of effort and exploring in the past time. The important parts of its system are introduced here which are the course content, course organization and course characteristics of comprehensive innovation training.
