摘要
结合本科生“第三届全国大学生机械创新设计大赛”的“绿色与环境”主题——“环保机械、环卫机械与厨卫机械三类机械产品的创新设计与制作”,针对我国北方冬季清理冰雪路面问题,研制了一种小型碎冰清雪车。该机械具有以下特点:可以直接对压实积雪和冰路面进行清理,设备体积小,结构相对紧凑,操作简单等,适用于市区及生活小区等街道路面的冰雪清理工作。通过创新设计的实践活动,学生的知识、能力、科研素质明显提高,培养了学生的实践动手能力和科研思维能力,为今后的学习奠定了良好的基础。
A new kind of small ice-breaking and snow-cleaning machine is made in order to resolve the problem of cleaning out of ice and snow from the hibernal streets in north areas of our country, with the subject of "The 3^rd Countrywide Undergraduate Machine Innovational Design Match", "Green & Environment"-- " Environmental Protection, Environmental Sanitation and Kitchen Sanitation Machines. " The specialties of the equipment are described as follows: Directly the machine can rid up compressed snows and ice on the streets; it's the small facility, and has the compact configuration, the simple operation, etc. ; the machine can be compatibly used to clean ice and snows on the streets of the city and living zones. By the courses of innovative design activity, the students obviously improve their knowledge, abilities, scientific research levels; their capabilities of practices and thoughts are cultivated ; they get the solid foundation for their further studies.
