摘要
针对地方性高校实验经费使用中突出存在着实验设备、用具重复购置,使用率严重偏低,不重视低值易耗品经费的管理等问题,提出了实验教学管理者需要了解整个学校的设备用具需要和经费使用的详细情况,建立校、院级实验中心,构建科学的实验课程体系,运用网络管理常用设备和低值易耗品,协调资源共享,从而达到合理配置资源、提高实验经费使用效率的目的。
Short of experimental expenditure is a difficult-solved problem for local universities, especially nowadays for the expansion of enrolling new students and increase of price of commodities. The problems existing in the arrangement and use of the experimental expenditure in local universities are analyzed, such as purchasing repeatedly of laboratory equipment and appliances, the seriously low utilization ratio, and neglecting the management on the expenditure of the low-value consumbles. The experimental teaching managers need to know the requirement of the whole school appli- ances, equipment and detailed usage things, and establish the experimental center, build the experimental course system, use the network to manage the equipment commonly used and low-value consumbles, and coordinate the sharing of resources and saving resources, to increase the utilization ratio.
