摘要
研究了聚丙烯腈纤维对砂浆的干缩和极限弯拉变形的影响。研究表明,聚丙烯腈纤维能有效抑制砂浆的干缩,尤其是早期干缩,且随着纤维掺量的增大效果更显著。掺量相同的聚丙烯腈纤维和聚丙烯纤维对改善砂浆干缩性能前者更优越。聚丙烯腈纤维能提高砂浆的极限弯拉变形性能,随着纤维掺量的增大,其改善效果呈现先上升后下降的趋势。
Influence of polyacrylonitrile fiber on mortar dry shrinkage and ultimate fiexural-tensile strain properties are studied in this paper. The result indicates that polyacrylonitrile fiber can effectively control the dry shrinkage of the mortar, especially control the early dry shrinkage. The effect becomes more obvious with the increasing fiber volume fraction. Polyacrylonitrile fiber is superior to polypropylene fiber in controlling the dry shrinkage with the same fiber volume fraction. Polyacrylonitrile fiber can improve ultimate fiexural-tensile strain properties of mortar , and the tendency appears to be first increasing then decreasing with the increasing fiber volume fraction.
