摘要
从经营决策的角度分析企业间关系与企业发展方式问题，提出通过经营的独立性与自律性的互相关联，才能正确理解企业间关系这一西方企业管理学近年所提倡的新的企业管理方法。
The problem of relationship among corporates and enterprise development fashion is analyzed from operation decision angle in the paper, put forwarded right understanding foe relation among corporates that new management means is encouraged by western corporate management scholars in recent years through mutually related operation's independence and self-disciplinary.
