冠脉介入治疗后肌钙蛋白升高的原因及临床意义探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨经皮冠脉介入术(PCI)治疗后心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)水平的动态改变及临床应用价值。方法:对2007年5月至2008年9月于我院行介入治疗的38例患者和同期行冠脉造影的37例患者术前及术后的cTnI浓度进行检测比较。结果:观察组术后cTnI浓度明显高于术前(P<0.01);对照组术前及术后的cTnI浓度差异无显著性;术前及术后观察组与对照组相比,cTnI浓度明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:cTnI是心肌肌钙蛋白复合物的亚单位之一,对于心肌的微小损伤具备更高的敏感性和特异性,是理想的心肌损伤时的血清学标记物。 Objective:Discussion involves the technique (PCI) treatment after Pi Guanmai cardiac muscle myo- calcium protein Ⅰ(cTnⅠ) level dynamic change and clinical practice value. Method: Carries on the examination comparison to May, 2007 to September, 2008 after my courtyard line of involvement treatment's 38 example patient and the same time good crown arteries radiography's 37 example patient technique and the technique cTnl density. Finally: After observation group technique, before the cTnⅠ density is higher than the technique, obviously (P 〈0.01): After before the control group technique, and the technique cTnⅠ density difference does not have the significance; After before the technique, and technique, the observation group and the control group compare, the cTnⅠ density elevates (P 〈0.01)o Conclusion: cTnⅠ is one of cardiac muscle myo- calcium protein compound Asian units, has a higher sensitivity and the specificity regarding cardiac muscle's small damage, is time the ideal cardiac muscle damage serology tracer.
