连续体感诱发电位监测指导手术治疗多节段颈椎病

The Surgical Treatment of the Multi-Segmental Cervical Myolopathy with the Intraoperative SEP Monitoring

目的:阐述连续体感诱发电位监测指导手术治疗多节段颈椎病的效果。方法:15例患者,采用椎体次全切除植骨融合手术,手术中持续监测躯体感觉诱发电位(SEP)。结果:平均随访半年,手术后9例症状体征消失,4例明显改善,1例无改变。1例髂骨取骨处疼痛,3月后好转。8例患者术中SEP出现显著改变,经采取措施后,在15分钟内恢复正常。结论:椎体次全切除植骨融合手术结合术中SEP监测,获得满意的效果。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of the surgical treatment of multi-segmental cervical myolopathy with the intraoperative SEP monitoring. Method： 15 cases with multi-segmental cervical myolopathy, who were operated with corpectomy and cervical interbody fusion, SEP monitored during the operations. Result： patients were followed in 6 months. The symptoms of 9 cases were disappeared totally, 4 cases improved obviously, 1 case had no change post-operative. Conclusion： The corpectomy and cervical interbody fusion, combined by the intra-operative SEP monitoring, is a recommendable technique for multi-segmental cervical myolopathy.
