Progressive Cerebral Analysis of Clinical Factors

目的:探讨进展性脑梗死临床影响因素。方法:进展性脑梗死122例为观察组,随机抽取同期住院病人114例为对照组。分析血压、血脂、血糖、颈内动脉斑块对脑梗死临床转归的影响。结果:两组比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:血压、血脂、血糖、颈内动脉斑块为进展性临床重要危险因素。

Objective： To investigate the clinical progress of cerebral infarction factors.Methods： Progress in 122 cases of cerebral infarction for the observation group, randomly selected 114 cases for the same period of in-patients in the control group. Analysis of blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, carotid artery plaque on the clinical prognosis of cerebral infarction. Results： Comparing the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, carotid artery plaque for the clinical progress of the important risk factors.
