同步放化疗治疗3期非小细胞肺癌的临床分析

The Synchronization Puts the Chemotherapy to Treat 3 Issue of Non-Cellule Lung Cancer the Clinical Analysis

目的:观察同步放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非肺小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:将我院2006年4月至2008年9月收治经细胞学或病理学检查确诊为非小细胞肺癌初治患者43例患者随机分为放疗组(对照组)和同步放化疗组(治疗组)。放疗组采用常规分割治疗,放化组放疗方法同放疗组,同时给予紫杉醇+顺铂化疗。结果:2组近期疗效及远期疗效比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组病例的治疗毒副反应均以放射性食管炎、骨髓抑制(主要为中性粒细胞减少)、胃肠反应和放射性肺炎为主。2组比较无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:同步放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效较好,能明显提高患者的生活质量,不良反应能为大多数患者所耐受。

The radiotherapy group uses the conventional division treatment, puts the group radiotherapy method same radiotherapy group, simultaneously gives the taxus mellowly ＋ along the platinum chemotherapy.Result： 2 group of short-term curative effects and the forward curative effect comparison, will have the significance difference （P〉0.05. Conclusion： The synchronization puts the chemotherapy treatmentⅢThe time non-cellule lung cancer the curative effect will be in the near future good, can improve patient＇s quality of life obviously, the bad reaction energy will endure for the majority patients.
