原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断与外科治疗体会

Primary Mediastinum Tumor Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment Experience

目的:总结原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断及外科治疗的经验。方法:回顾性分析1997年12月至2007年5月我院58例原发性纵隔肿瘤病例的临床资料及外科手术治疗。结果:本组58例病例中,单纯肿瘤切除42例(72.4%),扩大切除13例(22.4%),单纯探查3例(5.2%)。手术死亡2例,死亡率3.4%。结论:病史、体格检查与影像学检查相结合是原发性纵隔肿瘤的主要诊断手段;手术治疗是有效的治疗方法,尽早手术治疗效果良好。

Objective： Summary primary mediastinum tumor diagnosis and surgical treatment experience. Method： The review analysis I the courtyard 58 example primary mediastinum tumor case＇s clinical material and the surgical operation treated December, 1997 to May, 2007. Results： In this group of 58 example case, the pure tumor excises 42 examples （72.4%）, the expansion excises the 13 example （22.4%）, investigates 3 examples purely （5.2%）. The surgery dies 2 examples, the mortality rate 3.4%. Conclusion： The medical history, the medical examination and the phantom study inspection unify are the primary mediastinum tumor main diagnosis methods; The surgery treatment is the effective method of treatment, the surgery treatment result is as soon as possible good.
