体外震波碎石治疗肾结石排空率的影响因素探讨

Investigation the Factors Impacting Emptying Rate of Renal Calculi with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Therapy

目的:探讨体外震波碎石(ESWL)治疗肾结石排空率的影响因素。方法:2006年1月～2008年12月对560例肾结石患者进行ESWL治疗,均于碎石后3个月进行效果评价,分析影响肾结石排空率的相关因素。结果:3个月随访时,ESWL后结石排空率为91.8%,显示影响肾结石排空率的因素为结石大小、结石位置、结石数量、多发性结石等。结论:及时预测影响肾结石排空率的相关因素,严格掌握ESWL碎石适应症,是提高ESWL治疗肾结石效果的关键。

Objective： To investigate the factors which impact the eliminating rate of kidney stone by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL） treatment. Methods： During January 2006 - December 2008, 560 patients with renal calculi were treated with ESWL and, the effects of treatment were evaluated 3 months after lithotripsy was performed. Relevant factors which influence the rate of kidney stone elimination was analyzed. Results： It was found that the the rate of kidney stone elimination was 91.8% in 3 months of follow-up after ESWL, and it was indicated that the factors impacting the rate of kidney stone elimination were the size, location number of stones and multiple stones etc.. Conclusions： Relevant factors which influence the rate of kidney stone elimination should be timely forecasted and, the indications for ESWL should be strictly controlled, which are the key to improving the effectiveness of treatment of kidney stones with ESWL.
