摘要
目的:观察福辛普利在治疗高血压的过程中对左心室的影响。方法:对96例高血压伴有不同程度左心室肥大患者随机分为治疗组和对照短,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用福辛普利,治疗前后行心脏超声多普勒检查,评价左心室内径及左心室舒张末内径。结果:治疗组在有效控制血压的同时,扩大的左心室的回缩率达到94%。对照组扩大的左心室的回缩率仅为20.3%,两组治疗效果有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:福辛普利在治疗高血压的同时,可以使肥大的左心室有不同程度的回缩。
Objective： Observe the effects of Fosinopril on left ventricle during the treatment of hypertension .Methods： Divided 96 cases of hypertension patients who have different degrees of left ventrieular hypertrophy into treatment group and control group,and based on the treatment of control group,the treatment group uses Fosinopril,before and after the treatment doing the Dopper Echoeardiography,at last evaluate the diameter of left ventriele and the diameter of diastolic of left ventricle. Results： When the treatent group is controlling the blood pressure effeetively, theretraction rate of expanded left ventricle is as high as 94%.The retraction rate of expanded left ventricle is only 20.3% in control group .The treatment effect of the two groups is significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： When using Fosinopril treats high blood pressure,it can make the expanded left ventricular have different degree of retraction.
